About the Organisers
The intellectual direction of the conference is guided by its convenors, Prof. Payal Kumar and Prof. Peter Bamberger. Their combined expertise in management research and editorial leadership informs the academic positioning of the conference.
The conference is co-hosted by the Indian School of Hospitality, BML Munjal University and IILM, Lodhi road, Delhi. It is organised in collaboration with the prestigious Academy of Management, USA, the leading professional association for management and organization scholars worldwide, with a membership of about 21000 scholars spanning 110 countries.
